He did acknowledge that I had a right to be upset and that mistakes were made in dealing with this situation. A significant amount of integrity was displayed by these actions and also an offer for amends in the future. I will be following up with an email to be passed onto their CEO on how to adjust their shipping process to allow some more flexibility and still protect from fraud.
