I chose Amazon because of the high ratings from this site and others. It is important to me not to get bait/switched or have the order delayed.
The order process was very easy, done all online. The confirmation email was sent the next day with a tracking number for fed ex. I followed the tracking until it arrived without issue. I have not fully inspected all the contents, but I ordered, SCHLUTER DITRA TROWEL - 11/64 X 11/64 SQUARE NOTCH is in original box with all original materials, exactly as I ordered. The charger appears to be shipped under separate cover, and I can't call to confirm because of Passover holiday. This was expected as the email stated SCHLUTER DITRA TROWEL - 11/64 X 11/64 SQUARE NOTCH would come separately and the website stated they would be out for the holiday. I will check back on Thursday to check the other part of my order. This was a pain free all web order and so far I am happy with the results.
